As a woman and a member of the queer community, I take sharing community resources very seriously. Below, I have linked resources that I or friends of mine have vetted and used, that I think everyone should have easy access to.
Abortion Services
Abortion is healthcare. Here are some organizations that I would recommend to anyone who needs access to abortion from the comfort of their own home or who has limited resources:
Hey Jane is a resource I have had great success with. Depending on the state, they ship your abortion pills discreetly to your home and maintain contact with you to support you throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend them more.
AidAccess is another resource that will cover the cost of your pills if you are unable to pay. They ship discreetly, but from out of the country, so this is a good option if you have 2-4 weeks to wait and need a cheaper solution.
LGBTQIA+ Resources
The Fitzlane Project is a Florida-based organization that, “provides funding to underprivileged transgender, nonbinary and two-spirit youth across for Florida in for LGBTQIA+ specialized therapeutic services at the mental health provider of their choice.”
Linked here is a list of 100 organizations supporting trans people across all 50 states.

Mental Health Resources
No one should be without mental healthcare when they desire it. I know finding the right therapist can be daunting. I had great success using Hello Alma for finding my therapist.
BetterHelp is another option. I believe both sites provide sliding scale options and reveal the type of insurance their therapists accept and their rates.
While somewhat unrelated, breathwork and body work have been incredibly helpful for me in my healing journey. Regular massage and breathwork sessions can have a drastic impact on your mental health.
